Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Subject of the service

The Mahsup service provides a software platform for automating accounting processes, financial reporting, and digital audit. Through the platform, users can monitor bank transactions, generate annual balance sheets, and access technical courses on implementing audit systems and securing sensitive economic data.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

Obligations of the Provider (Mahsup):

• To provide access to the platform's core functionalities, according to the technical description.
• To ensure the security and confidentiality of user-entered data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• To notify users regarding significant scheduled service interruptions.

Obligations of the User:

• To provide correct and complete information upon registration.
• To be solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered into the system.
• Not to use the service for fraudulent purposes or purposes that violate applicable law.
• To maintain the confidentiality of authentication data.

3. Limitation of liability

The Mahsup service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We assume no liability for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including for business decisions made based on generated reports.

The user assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable fiscal and accounting regulations. The platform is an assistance tool, and its results must be verified by an authorized specialist.

4. Payment and refund conditions

Prices for paid plans are displayed transparently at the time of purchase. Fees are calculated clearly and invoiced in advance for the selected subscription period. Any changes to the rates will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.

Refunds are possible in accordance with the legislation on the right of withdrawal, applicable to services provided at a distance. For specific details regarding refunds, please consult the description of the purchased plan.

5. Termination of use

The user may cease using the service at any time by deactivating the account. Mahsup reserves the right to suspend or close access to an account in case of a flagrant violation of these terms, without prior notice.

6. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or by email, at least 15 days before the new provisions take effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
